Що буде в завданнях: - Розвивати 3 Non-tech Communities — Design, Marketing, Content. Реалізувати та планувати профільні регулярні зустрічі, контент у чаті, взаємодіяти з драйверами спільнот;
- Реалізувати освітні проєкти у нетехнічних доменах (менторські програми, хакатони, інтенсиви тощо);
- Аналізувати бізнес-запити та на їхній основі готувати концепти освітніх проєктів;
- Допомагати в операційних процесах ком'юніті.
Для ефективної роботи на цій позиції потрібно: - Володіти сильними комунікативними навичками (як усними, так і письмовими). Вміти та любити комунікувати з людьми;
- Мати від 1 року досвіду в організації чи веденні внутрішніх/зовнішніх ком'юніті, координації освітніх проєктів;
- Бути грамотним у написанні будь-яких текстів;
- Мислити критично і структурно;
- Бути проактивним, ініціативним командним гравцем з Growth Mindset.
Досвід, який буде перевагою: - Розуміння доменів продуктового ІТ — безпосередньо non-tech доменів (Design, Marketing, Content);
- Знання ком'юніті-практик, канвас, підходів або проходження курсів з Community Management;
- Вміння самостійно організовувати свою роботу та проєкти, пріоритезувати задачі;
- Ініціативність та відповідальність під час виконання задач.
