    Our client - an international company group that is a European leader in psychological assessment and associated services, is now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team in Ukraine.

    Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
    Type: Remote, full-time
    Start date: ASAP
    About Company and Role:

    The company develops science-based psychological assessments for mental health, talent management, school guidance, and hiring processes in both public and private sectors. They are now expanding their reach across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, with already operations in 16 countries, including Ukraine, to offer a wide range of products and services.

    Now the company is looking for a strong Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and create content that will attract new customers and help keep existing ones engaged on various platforms.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
    • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. websites, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
    • Manage end-to-end digital projects
    • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
    • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
    • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
    • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
    • Monitor ROI and KPIs
    • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

    Requirements:

    • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
    • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
    • 3/5 years of experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
    • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
    • Knowledge and experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, e-mail marketing and data analytics
    • Experience with visual communication principles
    • General understanding of UI/UX design
    • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills
    • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • English - Intermediate+
