- Розробка та впровадження PR-планів з допомогою команди PR-менеджерів;
- Управління командою SMM і PR-менеджерів (найм, навчання, постановка цілей);
- Моніторинг якості контенту в соціальних мережах;
- Підтримка репутації бренду;
- Організація заходів, CSR та отримання нагород за підтримки PR та SMM-менеджерів.
Що ми очікуємо від тебе:Hard skills:
- Досвід від 2 років;
- Рівень англійської мови Upper-Intermediate;
- Навички користування Excel, Powerpoint та Photoshop;
- Здатність аналізувати дані та приймати рішення на основі даних;
- Обізнаність щодо останніх тенденцій SM (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) і PR-практик;
- Прокачані навички копірайтингу;
- Досвід управління соціальними мережами та брендом;
- Досвід найму, створення сильної команди.
