- You have 5+ years of experience in auditing
- You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) required to provide leadership and mentoring to staff
- Your technical knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian Accounting Standards is good
- You have good experience in interoffice engagements and work with international clients

- Your Interpersonal and presentation skills are strong, and you motivated by challenging assignments

- Provide both leadership and supervision to staff and seniors in the execution of audit engagements
- Supervise multiple engagements including international referred audit work as well as due diligence or business process review
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management throughout the year. Carry out work to a high technical standard in a commercially beneficial manner
- Manage technical accounting issues and present alternatives and conclusions
- Assume performance management role: conduct timely performance reviews and provide staff with counseling and career guidance
- Involvement in training of staff
- Involvement in firm/department/practice development and marketing initiatives
- Reporting to a management team of international and local partners
