What You'll Need:

1. Over 5 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Financial/economic education.
3. Leadership qualities and experience in managing a small team (of 2 people).
4. Understanding of financial figures in financial statements (PL, CF, Balance) at the level of business analysis.
5. Ability to quickly delve into and understand the specifics of the Client's business.
6. English proficiency - Upper-Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

1. Project management, resource allocation, and task assignment to the team.
2. Consulting the Client at the level of a financial consultant regarding all financial matters, including tax optimization, legal structure, and financial statement analysis.
3. Providing recommendations to the Client.
4. Preparation of financial statements (BS, PL, CF) in Excel and their analysis.
5. Developing a financial plan for the year based on the sales plan.
6. Conducting variance analysis at the end of each month and analyzing deviations.
7. Auditing accounting systems databases and identifying inconsistencies and incorrect transactions.
8. Communicating with the Client's employees to obtain the most comprehensive information and explanations regarding operations.
9. Organizing the inventory process at the client's site.
10. Cooperating with programmers to make changes to accounting systems.
11. Participating in interviews for hiring personnel in the finance department.
12. Implementing and managing changes in the structure of the Client's finance department.
