Mikhail Poplavskyy

I am a mechanical engineer with 15+ years of experience in product design and manufacturing processes, including 10 years as a freelance professional. I worked on vary positions related to product development and manufacturing. 

Mostly I am focused on design and development manufacturing equipment (food and medical industries), conveyers’ systems, R&D products (relatively small devices for home, sport etc. designed from scratch to pre-production phase). I have some experience in design plastic parts as well (enclosures etc.)

Additionally, I improved described experience as a Manufacturing engineer through learning and applying ways of optimization manufacturing’s chain but that’s more important I was permanently collaborating with mechanical engineers to offer and implement new technologies in production.

As a Head of engineering department, I focused on the process of preparing product for production including Product design and solving some misunderstandings and misalignments between mechanical and manufacturing engineers.

Saying about my experience as a mechanical engineer I designed manufacturing equipment for (food and medical industries), consumer and R&D products. I worked as an engineer within teams and as an independent engineer (freelancer)

 I started working as a freelancer to gain additional skills as a mechanical engineer.
