    We are currently looking for a Senior Game Designer/Producer to strengthen our Product team as the voice for metrics-driven player experience, ensuring strong engagement, retention, virality and monetization. The ideal candidate is able to make innovative use of game features in order to craft a fun and polished experience that satisfies player motivations and commercial targets.

    Що ми очікуємо ви будете робити:

  • Бути відповідальним за стратегічний розвиток продукту;
  • Створювати інноваційні функції, націлені на різні показники, такі як раннє утримання, довгострокове залучення та монетизація гри;
  • Проактивно шукати способи вдосконалення гри, проводити A/B тестування, придумувати нові ігрові механіки;
  • Адаптувати та оптимізовувати гру на основі даних та відгуків гравців,
  • Написання технічних специфікацій з усією необхідною інформацією для впровадження та підтримки нових функцій або поліпшень;
  • Співпрацювати з іншими командами для вирішення питань/проблем, надавати фідбек для досягнення цілей продукту;
  • Постійно бути в курсі тенденцій ігрового ринку та конкурентів
    Вимоги:
  • 4+ роки досвіду гейм дизайнером/продюсером для мобільних ігор напрямку F2P;
  • Досвід роботи з системами F2P та економікою, стратегіями монетизації та механізмами утримання гравців;
  • Здатність розбирати, аналізувати та комунікувати, чому найкращі ігрові системи класу додають вартість з чітким розумінням компромісів;
  • Розуміння ключових метрик в створенні ігор;
  • Вміння чітко пояснити та/або описати задачу;
  • Англійська мова Intermediate і вище (в команді є працівник, який не знає укр. мови. тільки англійська);
  • Щира пристрасть до ігор, постійне бажання бути в тренді та емпатія до користувачів.

    What we expect you will do:
  • Strategic development of the product;
  • Design of innovative features targeting numerous key metrics such as early retention, long term engagement and monetisation;
  • Proactively seek continuous improvements for the game, including feature rebalancing, A/B test proposals, offer mechanics, etc.;
  • Adapt and optimize gameplay based on data and player feedback, as well as production needs and constraints;
  • Write specifications with all the information needed to implement and support new features or improvements;
  • Collaborate with other teams to tackle issues/problems, give and consolidate constructive feedback to meet product goals;
  • Stay continuously up to date on the gaming market trends and competitors' titles;
  • Strive to be on top of game design trends, patterns, and consumer preferences.
    Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Game Designer on mobile F2P titles;
  • Proven expertise in F2P systems and economy design, monetization strategy, retention mechanics and user experience;
  • Ability to deconstruct, analyze and communicate why best in class game systems add value with a clear understanding of trade-offs;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good understanding of key KPIs;
  • English Intermediate and higher (the team has the employee who doesn't know the Ukrainian language. only English);
  • A genuine passion for games and deep empathy for users.
