    You'll be joining a high-performance creative team focused on social-first content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and beyond. You'll lead from the front—digging into insights, cracking creative angles, writing scripts, and guiding execution. You'll work closely with editors, designers, and video production, but the

    What You'll Do

    • Concept and develop creative ad ideas
      across static and video formats based on campaign performance, product positioning, and trend analysis
    • Write short-form scripts
      for ads and influencer content that are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice
    • Lead creative briefs
      —translating ideas into structured direction for editors, designers, and production teams
    • Monitor competitor campaigns
      and industry trends to inform our creative strategy
    • Identify new creative angles and storytelling formats
      to keep our content fresh, relevant, and resonant

    What You Bring

    • Proven experience in
      content creation, social media marketing
      , or
      creative strategy
    • Strong understanding of
      short-form video
      (e.g., TikTok, Reels, Meta Ads) and what drives engagement and performance
    • Analytical thinking
      —you know how to interpret performance data to iterate on creative concepts
    • English proficiency at
      B2–C1 level
      , with a deep understanding of U.S. cultural trends and social behavior
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and production teams
