    Head of the Head Office Process Audit Department

    Main responsibilities:

    • Ensures the conduct of audits of the processes of the Bank's Head Office, in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan and prepares reports on the results of the audits;
    • Participates in the preparation of inspection plans based on a risk-based approach;
    • Participates in the preparation of procedures for conducting audits of NGO processes, coordinating audit results, and quality control of audits, the process of monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations;
    • Participates in conducting a comprehensive assessment of the Bank's QMS;
    • Monitors the implementation of recommendations based on the results of audits addressed to the divisions of the Bank's Head Office, and prepares periodic reports on the results of monitoring the implementation of recommendations;
    • Participates in the preparation of reports for the NBU and the Supervisory Board of the Bank;
    • Consolidates and analyzes the reporting of companies that are members of the Banking Group;
    • Monitors recommendations based on the results of NBU inspections.

    Candidate requirements:

    • higher economic - economics/management and finance/accounting and auditing, law;
    • experience in the field of internal audit of banks for at least 3 years or experience in audit companies of the "Big Four" for at least 1 year with skills in conducting audits of banks and/or financial companies;
    • Professional knowledge and skills: sufficiency of knowledge, skills and experience necessary to conduct an audit of all areas of the bank's activities, the risks inherent in the bank's activities. Skills should include the ability to conduct audits of varying complexity, which are necessary to be performed as a result of the introduction of new products and processes in banks, contributing to their improvement;
    • basic knowledge in the field of accounting and finance, law, information technology, asset and liability management, financial, organizational management of the Bank, etc.;
    • ability to collect and understand information, study and evaluate audit evidence, communicate competently and constructively with bank employees. Knowledge of audit methods;
    • experience in developing procedures for conducting audits focused on operational, credit, market and compliance risks;
    • Experience in planning and conducting operational, credit, market and compliance risk-focused audits of Head Office processes;
    • be an experienced PC user (MS Office), have skills in working with large databases.
    • availability of a military registration document (for men).
