Position tasks:

• Monitoring of transactions in the Bank's remote channels in offline mode in order to timely detect and stop possible unauthorized transactions.

Main functional responsibilities:

• Monitors operations in the Bank's remote channels in Off-line mode in order to timely detect and stop possible unauthorized operations;
• Makes outbound calls to clients to confirm transactions using remote channels;
• Prepares reports on work with the risk operations level control system and remote channels of the Bank;
• Interacts with other banks and divisions of the Bank on issues of monitoring risky operations in remote channels;
• Informs the Head of the Department about the occurrence of fraudulent transactions.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher economic/technical education;
• Experience in monitoring operations in remote channels;
• Free communication (Ukrainian and Russian);
• Knowledge of English at the Pre-Intermediate level (lower intermediate level);
• Computer skills - MS Office suite;
• Responsibility, ability to analyze and systematize information, independent decision-making.
