- Co-develop consumer activation programs/events for the assigned brands in close cooperation with Brand Groups
- Proactively search for innovative tools and solutions available on the market or could be sourced from other markets (best-practices) in order to find the most effective methods of consumer activation
- Support development of Bottom Up activities (Regional initiatives) by providing recommendations regarding tools utilization & help with creative materials development & approval
- Infrastructural tools development. Develop selection, motivation and evaluation systems of 3rd party consumer information teams (e.g Hostess Teams, Brand Experts, Communities, etc.) Contribute into development of educational and training tools for 3rd party teams
- Manage collaboration with third party agency providing hostess services (tender process, contract, procedures)
- Provide Regional consumer activation teams with the guidelines for annual activities planning &implementation principles
- Higher Education (University Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics is a plus)
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with complex information
- Strong organizational and communication skills
