    Uniwell — міжнародна сервісна компанія, яка є партнерською компанією Genesis та надає послуги Customer Care користувачам з понад 100 країн у галузі Health&Fitness.

    Ми шукаємо Customer Support Manager для надання якісної підтримки користувачам мобільних додатків та вебсайтів. Основними каналами комунікації є чати та імейли. Ми знаємо все про те, як скорегувати вагу та накачати м'язи, і проводимо регулярні навчання для команди разом з провідними дієтологами та тренерами.

    Твої майбутні обов'язки:

  • спілкування і надання якісної підтримки у чатах та імейлах;
  • збір та аналіз зворотного зв'язку від користувачів;
  • взаємодія з командами продукту, маркетингу і розробки.
    Ми чекаємо від тебе:
  • високий рівень володіння письмовою та усною англійською мовою (Upper-Intermediate та вище);
  • вміння ввічливо та змістовно комунікувати;
  • небайдужість та щире бажання допомагати користувачам;
  • відповідальність за результат та здатність приймати оптимальні рішення;
  • інтерес до теми здорового способу життя і готовність вчитися.
