    Main Responsibilities:

    • In cooperation with country organizations develops an integrated CRM concept, drives CRM launch and maintenance to organize, automate, and harmonize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support, introduces clear implementation plan, steer the roll out
    • Analyze business / sales processes and define structure and features of CRM, outline policies and guidelines, so assuring adequate methodology and expected functionality (of M&S tools) that support strategy and business needs.
    • Interact with counterparts involved to guarantee correct methodology, expected functionality and establishes policies and guidelines fitting strategy and business needs
    • CRM content contribution and consolidation
    • Develops and implements tools to Improves CRM analysis
    • Develops CRM system training and technical support concept and insures support in implementation
    • Provides monitoring and maintenance of CRM database
    • Provides organization with CRM operational support and data management to effectively build relationships between the company, its customer base, and distribution partners.
    • Leads the definition and implementation of different customer-focused programs
    • Conducts the customer analysis
    • Communication with APE/ N Team – regular information exchange and monitoring common project
    • Member of European CRM community

    Requirements:

    • University Degree ( Marketing, Business, Economy) or other related discipline
    • Proficiency in Ukrainian and English both written and spoken
    • Relevant industry experience (min 1 years)
    • Strong CRM knowledge
    • Understanding of sales processes and sales force effectiveness
    • Basic understanding of CPP market
    • Project management skills
