This is an entry-level opportunity for an IT Recruiter to grow with our dynamic team. No prior IT recruitment experience is necessary, but we need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts easily to various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our recruitment team to source and screen candidates for IT roles.
• Actively search for and contact candidates using online platforms.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate candidate communications and support hiring processes.
• Take on additional tasks in lead generation and marketing during slower hiring periods.
