Job Overview:

We are seeking an entry-level IT Recruiter to join our team. No prior IT recruitment experience is necessary; we need someone who is quick to adapt, enthusiastic about learning and able to take on varied tasks when hiring slows down.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with our recruitment team to source and screen candidates for IT roles.
- Proactively search for and reach out to candidates using online platforms.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate candidate communications and support hiring processes.
- Take on additional responsibilities during slower hiring periods such as lead generation and marketing.
