Capgemini Engineering is expanding its Service Desk team for our client, a global leader in health technology. We are currently looking for Technical Support Agents with strong English and at least one additional language from the following: Spanish, French, German, Dutch. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in tech support, even without prior experience. If you're a proactive communicator with a passion for helping people and working in a multicultural environment, we'd love to hear from you We are looking for candidates based in one of the following locations: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, or Rivne, with the possibility to work remotely.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Send initial notification emails to customers who haven't yet been contacted
• Follow up with customers who have already received communication
• Make outbound calls to customers (scripts and content will be provided).

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• Upper-Intermediate English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, German, Dutch
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a structured support environment.
