Responsibilities

• Gather user feedback (from operators, government stakeholders, or service teams) and translate it into well-structured capability items with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, flight control, ground control, systems engineering) to transform user and business needs into actionable development tasks.
• Own and maintain the Jira backlog; coordinate and drive capability prioritization together with product leadership.
• Lead and participate in PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor task progress and ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate testing efforts; actively participate in validation, working closely with QA engineers and technical specialists.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between stakeholders and development teams, aligning priorities, delivery timelines, and release criteria.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager, preferably in hardware, embedded, or defense-related environments.
• Strong capability to gather user and stakeholder needs and convert them into structured requirement descriptions and clear acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in prioritizing based on business value, risk, and technical feasibility.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Hands-on experience with product validation, including test case creation and participation in acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to act as a liaison between engineering, business, and support teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and interpret product KPIs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and reliability in handling mission-critical government and defense requirements.
• English proficiency sufficient for collaboration with international teams.
