We specialize in building full creative systems (UGC, B-roll, testing structures) and managing profitable campaigns at scale across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

We're now expanding our media buying team and looking for experienced performance marketers who want to focus on strategy and scaling — not chasing resources.

Your Role

• Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns (mainly Facebook / TikTok)
• Analyze data daily, optimize funnels and creatives for performance
• Communicate with the creative team to test new angles
• Manage budgets responsibly and aim for positive ROI across accounts

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience in performance marketing or affiliate media buying
• Proven results in leadgen, insurance, finance, or similar verticals
• Strong understanding of creative testing, optimization, and data analysis
• Comfortable working in a profit-driven structure
• Good communication skills (English)

Compensation

• % of profit generated on your campaigns
• Optional base for proven buyers
