Our professional team at Grant Thornton Ukraine invites you to join the Financial Consulting Department as a Financial Analyst (Consultant).

How we see our future candidate:

• Education in accounting and auditing, finance, management, business economics, international economics;
• At least 1 year of experience in audit, consulting (transaction support/expertise) or any related field;
• Proficient user of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of financial analysis methods, principles of preparation of basic financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity);
• Has basic knowledge of national accounting regulations (standards), international financial reporting standards (IFRS);
• Knowledge of the basics of audit theory;
• Sociable, willing to work in a team;
• Ability to prioritize and have good time management skills;
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous development;
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above.

What will be the main responsibilities?

• Participation in the transformation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
• Review and analysis of financial statements (including consolidated) for compliance with IFRS and national standards;
• Drafting analytical reports as part of mergers and acquisitions (due diligence);
• Preparation of sustainability reports, development of ESG strategies and policies for enterprises;
• Participation in fraud investigation projects and compliance audits;
• Development of financial models for business;
• Preparation of business plans for clients;
• Providing advice on improving clients' business processes;
• Conducting research and preparing analytical reviews of the market;
• Analyzing and processing primary documentation.
