We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join a project in the Healthcare and Life Sciences domain. The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality, and secure Salesforce applications, while also supporting integration with external systems.

This is you

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, process automation.
• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Knowledge of
• Salesforce security, performance optimization, and data management best practices.
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, Copado, Gearset).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or higher (preferred).

This is your role

• Designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom Lightning components (LWC, Aura) and Apex classes/triggers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce implementations.
• Lead and participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems to support end-to-end business processes.
• Contribute to solution architecture and guide junior team members in technical matters.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Document technical designs, processes, and configuration setups as part of development lifecycle.
