Tech Lead SRBank Solutions (Team Lead of the Information Systems Development Department)

The candidate must lead the development team, participate in strategic product planning, business needs analysis, solution architecture design, and monitor the quality of implementation at all levels — from the database to the user interface.

Basic requirements.

• Deep understanding of SRBank functionality:

• ODB (core banking system) architecture: modules, integration logic, transaction storage

• Working with internal SRBank APIs, adapting business logic to ready-made flows
• Business process modeling skills taking into account SRBank limitations
• Banking products:
• Deep understanding of products: deposits, payments, cards, accounts
• Implementation of individual and packaged products via Corezoid or microservices
• Support for product changes: tariffs, conditions, accrual periods
• Operational activities:
• Transaction accounting, routine operations, processing of payment orders
• Reporting, interaction with internal audit and compliance
• Support for daily/monthly closing procedures in SRBank
• Lending:
• Knowledge of the loan lifecycle: application, scoring, issuance, servicing, repayment
• Development and integration of underwriting logic, payment schedule management
• Interaction with credit products: target, card, lines, overdraft
• Presence of a military ID card or temporary military conscription certificate (for men).

Technologies:

• Oracle PL/SQL: writing procedures, functions, packages, working with REF CURSOR, PIPELINED functions
• MSSQL T-SQL: efficient queries, performance optimization, transaction processing
• Connecting to the database via Oracle/MSSQL drivers, developing DAO layers
• Working with large data sets, query optimization (Explain Plan, Indexing, Partitioning)

Additionally welcomed:

• Experience with Corezoid or similar BPM systems
• Understanding of Java (11+), Spring Boot, JDBC, JPA/Hibernate
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and interaction with other services via REST/gRPC
• Understanding of working with mobile backend (Android/iOS), Push API

Responsibilities:

• Architectural planning and technical leadership in SRBank projects
• Modeling complex technical solutions
• Designing integrations with other systems (API, SSO, OIDC, Kafka)
• Reverse engineering on existing systems
• Ability to develop technical specifications, protocol specifications, exchange formats
• Code quality control
• Business logic integration via Corezoid
• Ensuring smooth operation of the mobile backend
• Implementation of new practices, automation of development processes

Leadership and communication skills:

• Work experience: 5+ years in development, including at least 1–2 years as a team lead
• Experience managing a development team (5+ people)
• Conducting code reviews and technical interviews
• Mentoring, task setting, sprint planning
• Collaboration with analysts, QA, DevOps and business
