    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The HR Officer role involves handling HR tasks on a daily basis at the East Area Office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Follow NRC policies and guidelines.
    • Independently implement procedures and activities.
    • Organize and deliver tasks efficiently.
    • Develop expertise in the specialized area of work.
    • Initiate problem-solving following set procedures.
    • Prepare status reports for management.
    • Ensure proper document filing.
    • Share ideas for process improvement.
    • Maintain HR process confidentiality.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Manage the recruitment process for grades 1-5.
    • Handle hiring and resignation following NRC procedures and Ukrainian laws.
    • Manage employee contracts.
    • Maintain accurate data in HR databases.
    • Track mandatory training attendance.
    • Support payroll processes.
    • Organize and maintain documentation.
    • Support induction processes.
    • Manage vacation and sick leave processes.
    • Create HR orders in compliance with regulations.
    • Assist in employee development plans.
    • Perform other HR-related tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
    • Minimum 1 year of HR and Admin experience.
    • Recruitment experience required.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • English proficiency (spoken and written).
    • NGO experience is a plus.
