Job Description

The Execution Specialist reports to the Head of Execution in Ukraine and supports ADM contract's execution in Ukraine.

The Key Goals Are

To make/control proper/timely execution of export contracts by vessel and containers
To contact with buyers, traders, accounting, surveyors, agents, freight forwarders, terminals and carriers about execution matters

Job Responsibilities

Export contracts execution (SFO, SFM) by vessels and containers
Vessel nominations, doc instructions, cargo docs checking/confirming/delivery
Invoicing buyers, shipping documents checking
Service invoices paying

Job Requirements

Higher education, preferably economic/logistics
At least 1 year experience in execution
Good communication skills
Ability for cross-functional team work
Advanced/fluent English
Result-oriented workstyle

Other Required or Desirable Attributes

Good team player
Proactive, accurate and responsible attitude
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks with limited deadlines
