Manage proactive and responsive relationships with the BHA Implementing partners who will implement protection activities.
Lead and oversee BHA protection activities implementation ensuring that all activities are implementing with good quality as per donor and WV project models, approaches, guidelines and within scope, time and budget.
Work closely with protection technical advisor and MHPSS Specialist in contextualizing and delivering the capacity building of partners on Child Protection, GESI as per partner's needs.
Ensure that all protection activities are well documented and reported as per donor and WV requirements by ensuring timely submission of the reports with good quality, highlighting the achievements and evidence.
Support protection Implementing partners to prepare reports (5ws, ITT, narrative monthly, interim reports) and ensure the timely Reporting by partners.
Support in monitoring of the project interventions together with MEAL team, Technical Sector lead and Chief of Party
Support the Chief of Party to ensure grant/project expenses for protection activities are reasonable, allocated as per assigned budget, prudent and spent in accordance with donor rules and regulations to ensure low risk audits
Support Chief of Party to liaise with local officials, local communities, donor representatives and other stakeholders as appropriate
Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytic skills, interpersonal skills, team management skills.
Ability to travel to and within Ukraine is required. Be prepared to travel to implementation sites.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytic skills, interpersonal skills, team management skills.
• At least At least two years' relevant work experience
• Previous experience in Protection activities.
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Sociology preferred in Child Rights and Protection
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Ms. Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, databases such as MySQL and data collection applications such as ODK, Kobo
• A master's degree or equivalent qualifications in international affairs, social science, or a related field is preferred.
