- Russian / Ukrainian / English speaker;
- Knowledge of English not lower than B1-B2;
- Proven experience of 5+ years as an affiliate manager in Forex / trading / crypto / finance;
- Knowledge of all aspects of AFF marketing: Traffic Sources, LP's, Aff links, Affiliate software and network management;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to bargain and achieve the most favorable terms;
- Expanding and seeking new partnerships with partners/brokers and agencies to promote our brand and push them to send more traffic;
- Responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing partnerships, working with current partners and developing their potential;
- Managing Team of Affiliates
- Manage and document balance with affiliates, weekly, monthly;
- Monitor budget to maximize results;
- Sending affiliates lead comment reports;
- Sending affiliates team weekly results in reports;
- Managing brand and network integrations (with programmers) with affiliates;
- Consulting on inquiries regarding affiliates, networks and partners;
- Representing the company at industry conferences around the world;
