    Leading specialist of the operational risk department of the risk management department

    Functional responsibilities:

    • participation in the construction and development of an effective operational risk management system of the Bank:
    • maintenance and support of the database of internal operational risk events, collection and analysis of data on operational risk events, verification and research of operational risk events, data quality control;
    • participation in conducting operational risk self-assessment, analysis of results;
    • participation in the development of a system of key operational risk indicators and their monitoring and control;
    • participation in scenario analysis and stress testing of operational risk.
    • monitoring and prevention of violations of risk appetite indicators and operational risk limits, monitoring the approximation of risk indicators to risk appetite and operational risk limits and initiating measures to prevent their violations;
    • participation in the preparation of reports on operational risks;
    • participation in the development and updating of internal bank documents on operational risk management;
    • methodological support and assistance to the Bank's divisions in assessing operational risks of existing and new banking processes;
    • participation in training events in operational risk management.

    Requirements for candidates:

    • Completed higher education (preferred), higher education applicants;
    • work experience in the specialty - from 3 years in the banking system (preferred);
    • professional skills: knowledge of the basics of banking, knowledge of the regulatory framework of the NBU, methods and tools for managing operational risk;
    • knowledge of the basics of accounting and statistics in banks;
    • personal skills – focus, accuracy, precision, sociability;
    • computer skills - MS Office software package;
    • language skills: Ukrainian (fluent), English (preferred);
    • availability of a military registration document (for men).
