Nexia DK, a member of Nexia - a leading global network of independent accounting and consulting firms, is announcing a vacancy for Manager/ Senior Auditor.

Responsibilities:

• Managing employees and control over auditing engagements;
• Monitoring of tasks, including international audit;
• Controlling timeliness and quality of tasks;
• Establishing and maintaining productive relations with a client during the year, completing tasks up to a high technical standard and in a commercially beneficial way;
• Managing technical issues of accounting;
• Checking the personnel efficiency and mentoring;
• Engaging in personnel development;
• Engagement in developing the Company's policies, improving the existing practices and marketing initiatives;
• Accountability to the executive team of international and local partners.

Main requirements:

• Experience with corporate engagements within ISA;
• Experience of working with IFRS (US GAAP is also an advantage);
• At least 5 years of work as an auditor, including 3 years in a Top-10 company;
• Availability to travel;
• Communication skills (written and verbal) for human resources management;
• Client-centered and high level of client services;
• Ability and wish to work in a team;
• Being organized, planning and prioritizing skills;
• Stress resistance.

Special requirements:

• ACCA Certificate or passing a final certification stage;
• Auditor's Certificate A and/or B is an advantage;
• Fluent in English; Another foreign language is an advantage.
