Versatility defines this professional journey, which spans across legal assistance, transfer pricing, business auditing, program management, and procurement. My path began as a Legal & Translator Assistant at Redcliffe Partners Law Firm, leading to roles as a Transfer Pricing Assistant and Junior Business Auditor at Nexia DK Audit and Consulting.

Experience further broadened with a role as a Program Specialist at the Ukrainian Students League Charity Organization, where support was provided for internally displaced persons. The current position is as a Procurement Assistant at FHI 360 Dnipro, contributing to the Ukrainian Humanitarian Assistance Response (UHARP) project. This diverse background has cultivated a unique skill set, primed for new challenges.

Facilitating support for internally displaced persons by offering temporary, no-cost accommodation, overseeing center for long-term residence administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of the center, and actively engaging in grant initiatives aimed at enhancing living conditions and providing financial assistance to IDPs
Assisting in the development of project activities, which includes coordinating construction efforts for the center, implementing educational programs for Internally Displaced Children, and mental health support to individuals affected by conflict

Procurement Assistant

Provision of analytical input and support with all contract-related processes, including: drafting, negotiating, ensuring its signing and proper filing, monitoring, completion of scopes (in cooperation with the program departments leads), preparing Memos, and processing for payment (in collaboration with finance department and program departments leads)
Assistance in managing workflows in Procurement Unit in coordination with supervisor, participated in and provided input to discussions on procurement strategies and plans with projects
Conducting procurement activity; maintaining accurate and complete procurement records (including launching solicitation (RFP, RFQ and selection process, Bid Analysis, debarment checks, and contracts/POs); monitor the process for compliance with FHI360 and USAID policies and procedures, strategic priorities
