•I developed a comprehensive plan for upgrading the global infrastructure, synchronizing DC with a 5-year, $10M per annum CAPEX plan
•Reduced monthly OPEX expenses by 10% through successful supplier contract renegotiations, demonstrating financial acumen and helped to free extra resources for R&D
•I also reduced the attrition rate of the department in the first year of leadership through innovative team communication and valuing business contributions
